Mediquik is a dedicated, subscription-based Medical Helpline for both enterprises and individuals with access to unlimited consultation calls by M.B.B.S doctors from anywhere, around the world.
Mediquik service can be availed through by just making a simple call from your designated number to a dedicated Mediquik (020-71172755) helpline number. Once you make a call, your request will be registered automatically by selecting appropriate service. Our service team will call back to collect the details and after that they will arrange a call with the doctor. Only the registered individual member can avail this service for himself/herself.
The plan is designed to auto-authenticate the incoming call and hence the service will not be available if called from any other unregistered number. In some special situations if calls are made from other number, the service team will verify the details of the members and may arrange consultation.
Mobile Number is preferred.
Services is only provided to the registered members who are enrolled for the Mediquik service.
The Doctor will initiate consultation through audio mode and if required can arrange a video consultation.
Yes Post consultation when the notes are finalized. The notification contains a link to download the Visit Summary with the prescription details will be sent on the Whatsapp number
The Doctor will call back within 30 Minutes from the time the request is placed
Yes, the SMS notification is triggered immediately once the appointment is confirmed; however, the receipt of SMS depends on various factors mentioned below.
1) Network coverage
2) DND status
This is non-emergency service and we request you to call ambulance and visit nearby hospital at the earliest in case of emergency.
The application and system are HIPAA compliant and does not allow any unauthorized use or access to data.
